Delivery Terms and Conditions:

Delivery times quoted are estimates and are based on the respective delivery method expected delivery time. Our company shall not be liable for failure to deliver within the time quoted. It is our normal practice to despatch orders on the same day if received by 3PM providing that the products are in stock. Some of our products are made to order and may not always be showing in stock. Our system will not allow items to be ordered if they are not showing as stocked on the website. The stock level is not real time as yet so there may be the odd occasion that the website will be showing stock that may not be there. If this is the case we will contact you and inform you of the small delay.

We believe that we offer a fair delivery service - most of our small items delivered within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail. From our experience over the last 12 years we have found that the vast majority of items are delivered within a few days, in fact many of our customers comment to us that they are amazed when they see the order arrive early the next morning. However, on the other hand there is the rare occasion when the post can take up to two weeks. Royal Mail currently claims that 90% of mail is delivered next day after all delivering 82 million packages every day which cannot be easy.

Please be aware that Royal Mail will not class a package missing until 15 working days after the intended delivery date. So there is basically a 3 week period before claiming through Royal Mail and try to track down your package.

All of our products are bought brand new from their respective manufacturers. In some cases, we buy in bulk with minimum packaging, in others they may be blister packed. In some cases we will remove the blister packing to reduce postal costs for all. This also has the benefit of reducing waste that you need to dispose of. This does not affect any of your statutory rights.

Please note that we use an automated method of inputting your order, this means that the address is inputted exactly as you enter it on the order. We will look out for obvious errors but cannot be held responsible for your errors which may cause a delay. For those customers paying by PayPal, your name and address is downloaded automatically from the payment you make, so if your address is different to that which is registered on your PayPal account you may experience a delay.

• Parcelforce Euro Priority Business (Requires signature upon collection)

A tracking number is also issued which will help possible subsequent claims we may wish to pursue. It is important that you choose an address that will have someone there to sign for the goods. PO Box numbers do cause a problem because no one is available for signature, so please take this into consideration.
