How to use our Online Shop:

In the search box located on the left column of our website, you can type in any keywords related to the product you are looking for. A keyword may be any of the following:

• AA
• Battery Charger
• Duracell

You can refine your search results by choosing a specific category in the pull down menu next to 'Search:'. For example, if you know the product code for a battery you are looking for, you can select "Product Code" from the list and search for that specific product code.

If you do not know the actual product code for the battery, you can look at all the batteries we stock for various applications by looking at the left column under 'Batteries for'. Simply click on the application name which best suits your needs.

When you have searched or selected your battery application, a list containing all products we supply is displayed. If there are more than 10 products on the list, the buttons displayed on the left are shown under the list. These buttons can be used to display other products related to your search query.

Alternatively, you can use Battery Wizard to specifically help you find a battery for a specific product such as the following:

• Camcorder
• Digital Camera
• Cordless Phone
• Mobile Phone
• CNC Machine

When Battery Wizard opens, you can click on any of the five links to help find the battery for your specific product.

Two new pull down menus appear after clicking on any of the five links. These menus will allow you to select a manufacturer and a specific model to help determine what kind of battery you require. After you have selected these two choices, one or more products will be displayed for your own choosing. To purchase one of these products, please click on its respective link which will take you to its product description page.

• When you have found a product you are after, to check its full description, please click on the product name

• After you have done this, you will be taken to the product's page containing a full description, customer reviews and related products

• If you are happy with the product, you can add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'ADD TO BASKET' button

• After clicking on the 'ADD TO BASKET' button, you will be directed to your shopping basket where you can view the product that you have ordered with the total amount payable indicated in the boxes below your product list

• Several options are available to you from the shopping basket:

  • To buy more than one quantity, please enter the amount of quantity you require in the appropriate box and click 'UPDATE BASKET'

  • You can click on '< BACK TO SHOP' to add different products to your basket or proceed to the 'CHECKOUT >'

  • To remove a product from your shopping basket, click the 'REMOVE' button alongside the item you wish to remove and this action will remove the appropriate product from your basket

• If you require more than a quantity of one for a certain product, you can enter your required quantity into the 'Quantity' box provided in the shopping basket

• When you have finished updating the quantities, click on 'UPDATE BASKET' to apply the changes made to any of the products' quantity

• Upon selecting your delivery country, the delivery charge is automatically calculated however, you may have more than one delivery methods to choose from

• If you change your delivery method, your delivery charge will be recalculated automatically

• Once you are satisfied with your shopping basket options, please click the 'CHECKOUT >' button to proceed to the next stage

• At this stage, you will be presented with three options which relate to your chosen method of payment:

  • WorldPay - You will be directed to WorldPay's secure website where you will be asked to enter your payment details

  • PayPal - You will be directed to PayPal's secure website where you will be asked to enter your payment details

  • Cheque or Postal Order - You will be directed to our printer friendly page which provides you instructions on how to print and post your order and payment to us

• Upon successful payment, we will receive your order and you will receive confirmation from WorldPay or PayPal that your payment has been successful and finally, you will be automatically directed to our 'Order Complete' page
