If for any reason you need to return a product back to us then it would be most helpful if you contact us first. This will help us speed up the refund or exchange process the product as required and maybe understand the reason for the return.
Please return the item with all the original packaging and a copy of the original invoice within 14 days of receiving your order.
From our experience of having supplied thousands of products, we do get the occasional return however, people occasionally order the wrong item. Whatever the reason it is our policy to resolve the issue as quickly as we can for you. It is our intention to keep your custom for the future and for you to pass on your experience of dealing with us to your family and friends. If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake then we will simply swap it. If it is our fault we will refund, swap, refund your carriage or do what it takes to ensure your satisfaction.
In the case where we are at fault, we will refund your postage costs for standard delivery; we will not refund your postage costs where you have returned products via a more expensive or faster service.
